Welcome to Andylia Holiday Homes. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, stays, services, offers, and use of our website.
2. Reservations & Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from Andylia Holiday Homes and any required deposit or full payment has been received.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that all booking details, including dates, guest numbers, room or property type, and personal information, are accurate at the time of reservation.
3. Prices & Payments
Prices are displayed in Euro and may include or exclude applicable taxes, fees, and service charges, as stated at the time of booking.
Payment terms, including deposits, balances, and payment deadlines, will be communicated during the booking process. Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking type, offer, season, or rate selected. The applicable cancellation policy will be provided at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made after the allowed cancellation period may be subject to cancellation fees or may be non-refundable. No-shows may be charged the full booking amount.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
5. Changes to Reservations
Requests to change booking dates, guest numbers, accommodation type, or other reservation details are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Andylia Holiday Homes reserves the right to decline modification requests if they cannot be accommodated.
6. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 11:00 ΑΜ, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the property, facilities, staff, other guests, and the surrounding environment with respect.
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of their stay. Andylia Holiday Homes reserves the right to charge the guest for any such costs.
Guests must comply with all house rules, safety instructions, local laws, and regulations during their stay.
8. Occupancy & Visitors
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking confirmation. Additional guests or visitors may only be permitted with prior approval.
Unauthorized overnight guests may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.
9. Pets & Smoking Policy
Pets are not allowed at the property, and Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all indoor areas of the property.
10. Respect for Others
Guests are kindly asked to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the property and neighboring residences. Loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
11. Health, Safety & Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings during their stay. Andylia Holiday Homes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, except where required by law.
Guests should immediately report any accidents, damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to management.
12. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, descriptions, images, prices, availability, services, and facilities may change without prior notice.
Images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes and may vary from the actual accommodation, facilities, or surroundings.
13. Special Offers & Promotions
Special offers, discounts, and promotional packages are subject to availability and may include specific terms, restrictions, or booking conditions.
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
14. Force Majeure
Andylia Holiday Homes shall not be held responsible for failure to provide services or fulfil obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, transport disruptions, power outages, or other unforeseen events.
15. Privacy & Personal Data
Personal data provided during the booking process or through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website or making a booking, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andylia Holiday Homes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, services, facilities, or accommodation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
17. Right to Refuse Service
Andylia Holiday Homes reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a booking, or require a guest to leave the property if the guest violates these Terms & Conditions, behaves inappropriately, causes disturbance, damages property, or poses a risk to staff, guests, or the property.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Greece, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
