Reservations &amp; Bookings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from <strong>Andylia Holiday Homes<\/strong> and any required deposit or full payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests are responsible for ensuring that all booking details, including dates, guest numbers, room or property type, and personal information, are accurate at the time of reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prices &amp; Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are displayed in <strong>Euro<\/strong> and may include or exclude applicable taxes, fees, and service charges, as stated at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment terms, including deposits, balances, and payment deadlines, will be communicated during the booking process. Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking type, offer, season, or rate selected. The applicable cancellation policy will be provided at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made after the allowed cancellation period may be subject to cancellation fees or may be non-refundable. No-shows may be charged the full booking amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Changes to Reservations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requests to change booking dates, guest numbers, accommodation type, or other reservation details are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Andylia Holiday Homes<\/strong> reserves the right to decline modification requests if they cannot be accommodated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Check-In &amp; Check-Out<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check-in is available from<strong> 3:00 PM<\/strong> and check-out must be completed by <strong>11:00 \u0391\u039c<\/strong>,  unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Guest Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests are expected to treat the property, facilities, staff, other guests, and the surrounding environment with respect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of their stay. <strong>Andylia Holiday Homes<\/strong> reserves the right to charge the guest for any such costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests must comply with all house rules, safety instructions, local laws, and regulations during their stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Occupancy &amp; Visitors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking confirmation. Additional guests or visitors may only be permitted with prior approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unauthorized overnight guests may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Pets &amp; Smoking Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pets are<strong> not allowed<\/strong> at the property, and Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all indoor areas of the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Respect for Others<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests are kindly asked to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the property and neighboring residences. Loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Health, Safety &amp; Personal Belongings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings during their stay. <strong>Andylia Holiday Homes <\/strong>is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, except where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests should immediately report any accidents, damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
